Specifications

  • Simple yet timeless design allows the West Elm Work Slope family of seating to blend seamlessly into the modern office. A wide range of paint colors and upholstery options ranging from muted to playful add personality.
  • Seat and back are always fully upholstered.
  • The double-needle stitch down the center of the slope seat and back is an iconic detail of the slope chair. As an option, slope upholstery can be specified with this seam.
  • Wire frame base is painted and available in a range of standard, accent and Lux Coatings.
  • Arms are available as an option for guest, stacking,
    and conference chair.
  • Glides are polyethylene for superior durability on
    carpeted and hard floors. Glides are available in milk or black.
  • 360° adjustable height swivel mechanism is standard on five-star base models.
  • Seat height adjusts 4", from 171/2"H to 201/2"H, with a pneumatic adjustment mechanism. To lower, pull lever up while seated. To raise, pull lever up and keep your weight off the chair.
  • Five-star base is available in hot rolled steel finish only.
  • Ships knocked down and the seat must be assembled to the frame on site, with the exception of the stacker with arms and the guest chair with arms which ship fully assembled. All slope styles
    come in a single carton.

Finishes

Stocked chairs are only available in preconfigured base color and leather combinations. When Saddle or Fog leather are specified, the base will be Hot Rolled
Steel. When Aegean leather is specified, the base will be Antique Brass.

Care & Maintenance Instructions

  • Wipe with a damp cloth using water or gentle, non abrasive cleaner. For guaranteed safety, patch test with diluted cleaner before wiping entire surface. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
