Specifications

West Elm Work Sterling is a family of seating inspired by classic mid-century design. The style and generous sit brings retro-inspired comfort to the office. Hardwood legs or a classic aluminum base and
arm options make the Sterling collection relevant across the floor plan.

Arms are optional on guest chair and conference chair. Arms are always upholstered.
Optional tilt mechanism enhances user comfort. Available on the five-star base.
Casters have hard, dualwheels that roll smoothly on carpets. Soft casters for use on hard floors are available as an option.
Pneumatic cylinder is always black.
Seat height adjusts 5", from 16 ½"H to 21 ½"H, with
a pneumatic adjustment mechanism.
Five-star base is aluminum and available polished or in painted fnishes.
In Designtex Billiard Multi-Use, armless chairs do not have seams on the seat back.
Wood leg is Black Oak (VP03).
Upholstery in Designtex Billiard Multi-Use
Stools have a 360° swivel feature that comes standard and does not have auto-return feature.
Stools include footrest for added comfort. Tip: The footrest is 14 ¼" on the bar-height stool.
Glides are polyethylene for superior durability on carpeted and hard floors.

Wipe with a damp cloth using water or gentle, nonabrasive cleaner. For guaranteed safety, patch test with diluted cleaner before wiping entire surface. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
